If you are looking for the meaning of life, you won't find it in HR: Funny Side Up. But, if you'd like to add a smile to your day and, at times, LOL (laugh out loud), then this is the book for you. Since the early 1990's, Elliott Witkin has shared his unique sense of humor with readers of the IHRIM.link (formerly Review) through his column "The Back Page." Over those years, he not only contributed more than 50 columns, but also put many a smile on our reader's faces.
According to Elliott, "every day those of us in HRMS deal with significant issues such as adapting to rapidly changing technology, doing more with less, and complying with increasing regulatory requirements.
